Gym Based Athlete is a place for anyone with a goal to train. Our programmes are designed to make you better, whether you are a competitive fitness athlete looking to get the edge over your competition, a recreational runner looking to cut your 10k time, or whether you want to achieve your first pull up.
We have people training in our gym who are brand new and just want to get a bit fitter, and also have people who can lift over 3x their bodyweight. The one thing all of our members have in common is that they all want to get better in some capacity through fitness.
